Job summary

Sephora in Branson is seeking a Store Manager, Unassigned, to inspire and lead teams while delivering exceptional client experiences. This role is seated in a salaried, exempt, full-time framework designed for growth in large markets.

You will bench for up to 90 days and then transition to your own store, driving sales, budget alignment, and brand standards. Ideal candidates bring hands-on leadership on the sales floor, a passion for experiential retail, and strong organizational and coaching

Qualifications

• Passion for excellent client service and experiential retail.
• Previous retail management experience at an equivalent sales volume store.
• Excellent organizational, analytical and management skills.
• Hands-on leader who motivates, coaches and helps teams succeed on the sales floor.
• Ability to attract, identify and inspire talented employees.
• Strong emotional intelligence, resilience, communication and influence with team members.

Responsibilities

• Creating amazing customer experiences through client focus and collaboration, using Sephora tools and data to measure KPIs and drive improvement.
• Developing sales and budget strategies to maximize sales and profitability through analysis and forecasting.
• Managing day-to-day store operations to ensure profitability and efficiency while representing the brand and culture.
• Enhancing culture by engaging through Sephora values and coaching for growth.
