Job summary

ShopRite Klein's Family Market in Forest Hill, MD seeks a Store Manager to direct all store functions and lead a team of associates toward sales, profit, and an outstanding customer experience.

You will build a culture of continuous improvement, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, optimize staffing, merchandising, and training, and implement best practices to win in a competitive market.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, speak, analyze, interpret, and understand the English language.
• Ability to perform basic math.
• Ability to stand/walk for the duration of a scheduled shift.
• Ability to perform basic computer functions.
• Ability to bend, twist, reach, push, pull and regularly lift 25 lbs., and occasionally lift 60 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise all store functions and associates to meet sales, profit, and customer experience goals.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement and enhance customer experience and associate morale.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and regulatory compliance across store operations.
• Maintain staffing levels to meet projected sales and customer experience needs.
• Develop talent and productivity with department managers to achieve store goals.
• Oversee pricing, merchandising, inventory processes, and training to ensure store performance.
