Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform duties of Store Manager in their absence, e.g., daily paperwork, orders, maintenance tickets.
• Demonstrate competency with Point of Sale and back office systems.
• Resolve customer issues in a friendly and professional manner.
• Assign and inspect shift duties and responsibilities.
• Understand and apply labor laws as they apply to retail operations.
• Support safety culture by following rules and regulations.
• Interact professionally with team members.
• May be asked to provide input on employee performance and discipline.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
