Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Be proficient in Brewista and Shift Lead duties and skill sets.
• Maintain wait times, cleanliness, and customer interactions through training and coaching.
• Provide regular feedback to each team member on strengths and growth.
• Create weekly shift schedules with low labor costs while ensuring quick service.
• Monitor inventory, small wares, and equipment.
• Ensure cash handling, deposits, and change are managed.
• Facilitate team bonding and development for Shift Leads and Brewistas.
• Own solutions and address issues with team members.
