Responsibilities

• Be proficient in all Brewista and Shift Lead duties.
• Maintain wait times, cleanliness, and customer interactions through training.
• Provide regular feedback to team members on performance.
• Create weekly shift schedules considering labor costs and service speed.
• Oversee inventory, equipment, and cash handling.
• Lead team meetings and develop shift leads and Brewistas.
• Delegate tasks to leadership to improve efficiency.
• Implement directives from upper management.
• Develop new leaders.
• Address operational, procedural, or cultural issues with the team.
• Adapt to problems and implement solutions during stressful situations.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Lead multiple personality types under pressure.
• Maintain health compliance knowledge.
