Job summary

Salon Services & Supplies in Utah is seeking a full-time Store Manager to lead daily operations, coach staff, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will oversee sales, inventory, and store presentation while maintaining strong relationships with customers and suppliers.

The ideal candidate has 1-3 years in customer-facing roles, prior supervisory experience, excellent communication, and comfort with numbers and cash handling.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years customer facing experience
• Prior supervisory experience preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to follow instructions with a positive attitude
• Comfortable with the use of computers
• Comfortable working with numbers, able to apply basic mathematical concepts
• Previous cash handling experience preferred
• Stand and/or sit continuously to perform job functions for a full shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Responsibilities

• Leadership and Culture: Drive Salon Services culture and promote brand values.
• Planning: Develop team goals and action plans with management.
• Supervision: Lead day-to-day sales and store operations.
• Communication: Maintain proactive, collaborative communication with management and staff.
• Performance: Achieve store sales goals and KPI through customer service and upselling.
• Educating Customers: Organize/store events and sampling.
• Inventory: Maintain inventory levels and receive shipments.
• Store Operations: Keep store clean, display promotions, manage cash flow and deposits.
• All other assigned tasks by the District Store Manager.
