Sally Beauty Holdings is seeking a Store Manager to lead a dynamic retail team in a fast-paced beauty environment. You will recruit and coach staff, drive sales, and ensure exceptional customer experiences while managing budget, expenses, and inventory to meet store goals.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 years in customer service/retail and 1 year of sales management experience, plus a passion for hair and beauty. Cosmetology background is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience.
• 1 year of previous sales management experience.
• Cosmetology license is a plus – but not required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Passion for all things hair and beauty!

Responsibilities

• Lead talent, inspire the team and ensure a great customer experience.
• Oversee store operations with emphasis on budget, expenses, sales growth and inventory management.
• Protect customers, associates and store assets by following safety, security rules and company policies.
