Ideal candidate is an experienced retail leader with a proven track record in visual merchandising, stock control, loss prevention, and performance reporting, ready to role-model exceptional customer service and safety compliance.
Qualifications
- Proven retail management experience leading by example and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Strong leadership skills to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
- Willing to learn all aspects of automotive retail and support the brand.
- Operational know-how in visual merchandising, stock control, loss prevention, and performance reporting.
- Commitment to safety and WHS compliance.

- Maximise sales and drive store performance.
- Ensure seamless day-to-day store operations.
- Lead, coach and engage the store team.
