Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience leading a team in a similar role.
• Proven experience in retail or automotive service management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and meet monthly, quarterly, and annual plans with clearly defined goals.
• Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales and profit goals.

Responsibilities

• Set expectations and communicate regularly with employees on responsibilities, goals, training, development, and customer service.
• Recruit, interview, and hire new employees in partnership with HR.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations for all employees.
• Analyze and measure business trends; develop plans to maximize sales and meet profit targets.
• Maintain proper controls over store assets and follow closing procedures.
• Ensure cleanliness and upkeep of the store and maintain merchandising standards.
