Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. You are in charge of the operation of a single store, hiring, managing and directing associates to meet financial goals and ensure exceptional guest experiences. We provide an 8+ week leadership training program to prepare you for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• You are in charge of the operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and guest experiences.
• Provide leadership and drive a positive, results-oriented environment.
• Complete the store leadership training program (8+ weeks) to prepare for success.
