Hollywood Feed in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to greet customers, offer product knowledge, and maintain a safe, efficient store environment.

You will operate the POS system, process transactions, assist with deliveries, stock shelves, and participate in store maintenance. A high school diploma is required; strong communication and sales skills are desired; a valid driver’s license is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers according to Hollywood Feed's established customer service standards.
• Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of store products to effectively address customer and pet needs.
• Uphold respectful and open communication with supervisors, coworkers, and customers.
• Work efficiently both independently and collaboratively as a team member.
• Unload and properly stock product deliveries.
• Operate the Hollywood Feed point-of-sales system (opening/closing registers, creating customer accounts, processing transactions).
• Perform inventory management tasks such as cycle counts.
• Participate in educational sessions and store maintenance tasks.
• Safely operate company vehicles and deliver Same Day Delivery orders in accordance with policies.
