Responsibilities

• Direct management of Assistant Managers, Supervisors, and Store Associates to implement company policies and initiatives.
• Ensure team members fulfill their responsibilities and maintain standards.
• Coordinate merchandise placement, promotions, and pricing with Merchandising leadership.
• Review inventory processes including receiving, transfers, RTVs, and chargebacks for accuracy.
• Act as Manager on Duty; uphold Burlington SOPs and lead by example.
• Manage multi-million-dollar sales volume and store expenses; review reports and records.
• Recruit and hire staff to meet staffing needs; lead onboarding and training.
• Provide ongoing coaching and development; handle personnel relations issues.
