The Vitamin Shoppe is hiring a Store Manager in California to lead a high‑performing team, drive sales, and deliver an outstanding in‑store wellness experience. You’ll coach staff, optimize store operations, and build relationships within the local community to grow business and customer loyalty.

The role requires strong leadership, a passion for health and wellness, and the ability to manage payroll goals while delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license.
• 3–5 years of retail experience.
• 1+ year of retail management experience.
• Proven ability to manage staff to exceed sales goals and payroll targets.
• Ability to identify top talent and train/develop teams.
• Strong communication, organization and leadership skills.
• Experience with retail systems (POS, scheduling, inventory).
• Able to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead a selling culture, build customer loyalty and create personalized shopping experiences.
• Drive top-line sales through floor leadership, merchandising and customer engagement.
• Attract, recruit and retain top talent.
• Coach and provide feedback to staff regularly.
