The Vitamin Shoppe is seeking a Store Manager in San Diego, CA to drive a high-performing team and sales culture. You’ll lead store operations, develop staff, and ensure an exceptional in-store experience for customers.

You will hire, coach, and retain top talent while meeting payroll goals and maintaining store standards. This role demands strong leadership, accountability, and a passion for health and wellness.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of retail experience.
• At least 1 year of retail management experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead a selling culture by building customer loyalty and personalized shopping experiences.
• Drive top-line sales through effective floor leadership, merchandising, and customer engagement.
• Attract, recruit and retain top talent.
• Provide coaching and feedback to develop high-performing Health Enthusiasts.
• Oversee store operations, loss prevention, pricing and stock levels.
• Attend company-sponsored educational conferences as required.
