You will manage daily performance, analyze metrics, and coordinate weekly training while ensuring store goals are met. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is required in a busy retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of management/leadership experience.
• Retail industry experience preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
