Qualifications

• 1 year people management experience.
• 1 year managing business operations including retail scheduling and labor hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead store leadership and drive store performance, culture and guest experience.
• Oversee product strategy, inventory, and merchandising in line with company directives.
• Manage budgeting, labor planning, and P&L to hit sales and efficiency targets.
• Hire and develop store team members and address performance issues.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and adherence to policies across store operations.
