Responsibilities

• Partners with the Optical Store Manager to build plans to deliver profitable store sales.
• Delivers the daily sales goal by flawless execution of Guest Experience behaviors.
• Inspires the team to deliver a best-in-class fashion experience by modeling the Target Optical Way.
• Provides leadership to ensure guests receive a top-tier experience with guidance to team members.
• Recruits, trains, develops, motivates and retains Optical Team Members (OTM).
• Ensures scheduling, guest retention, and brand initiatives are followed.
