Qualifications

• Strong profit and loss management, sales, and marketing skills.

• Flexible and upbeat work style with a commitment to teamwork and collaboration.
• Knowledge of POS systems and food safety certification within 30 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations including food, beverage, equipment, and property maintenance.
• Develop and monitor financial plans, control labor and expenses, and analyze variances.
• Hire, train, and support café staff and management for consistent high performance.

• Resolve guest concerns with care to guarantee complete satisfaction.
