Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles of home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single store and direct supervision of associates to meet financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Oversee hiring, training and development of store staff and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Participate in an 8+ week store leadership training program to prepare for success.
