Responsibilities

• Oversee all store operations, ensuring service, food costs, safety and cleanliness.
• Lead and develop assistants, shift leaders and crew; conduct performance reviews.
• Collaborate with area managers and lead store meetings for growth initiatives.
• Engage customers, manage feedback and maintain high service standards.
• Monitor inventory, manage orders, and support promotions and product launches.
• Handle cash management, scheduling, budgeting and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain store maintenance and ensure readiness for inspections.
