Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old
• 2+ years in a food service/retail environment (preferred)
• Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle with insurance
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
• Intermediate PC skills for internal communications and data analysis

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations and ensure compliance with standards in customer service, food costs, safety, sanitation, and product preparation
• Lead and develop a team of assistant managers, shift leaders, and crew members
• Conduct annual reviews and manage store performance while maintaining employee morale
• Engage with guests, manage feedback, and drive initiatives for store growth and excellent customer experience
• Coordinate inventory, orders, promotions, and store maintenance
• Handle cash management, budgeting, and scheduling to optimize operations
