Oliver Bonas is seeking a Store Manager for our new Whiteley store. You will lead the team to success by boosting sales, coaching staff, and delivering outstanding customer experiences. Reporting to the Area Manager, you’ll drive KPIs and ensure high standards in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role is full-time with a fixed weekly pattern and opportunities to discuss flexible working where possible. We value positivity, collaboration and a warm, inclusive store atmosphere.

Responsabilités

• Analyse store reports to measure success and team performance.
• Work with KPIs to identify development areas and drive improvement.
• Provide leadership and guidance to all team members and align personal with store objectives.
• Conduct progress meetings and set SMART goals for growth.
• Communicate development or training needs to Area Manager and People Advisor.
• Deliver a great customer experience and ensure service standards are met.
• Ensure adherence to OB operational standards at all times.
• Communicate clearly with the team in line with the Oliver Bonas tone.
