Qualifications

• 3-5 years of retail experience as Store or District Manager in high-volume environments.
• Proven ability to manage, develop, and motivate a large team with strong interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership, collaboration, problem-solving, and empowerment of diverse teams.
• Outstanding organizational and communication skills; mentoring and feedback.
• Knowledge of store operations, customer service, merchandising, people management, health and safety, and loss prevention.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all store operations to boost sales and minimize shrink, including merchandising, backroom, frontline, cash office, and receiving.
• Recruit, train, develop, and manage a large team of Associates and Assistant Managers.
• Develop plans to increase store sales; advise District Manager on merchandise and demographics.
• Focus on Loss Prevention and ensure compliance with programs; review reports and audits.
• Ensure positive customer experiences and communicate action plans for store initiatives.
