Job summary

Price Rite in Woonsocket, RI is seeking a Store Manager to lead 100–150 team members, protect company assets, maximize sales and gross profits, and ensure store conditions and presentation meet policy standards.

You will recruit, develop and coach staff, oversee sanitation and safety, control payroll, and maintain relationships with vendors and Wakefern, delivering an outstanding shopping experience for customers.

Qualifications

• Two-plus years of management experience.
• Associate Degree preferred or equivalent education/experience.
• Ability to read safety rules, manuals and procedures.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or associates.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic and geometry.

Responsibilities

• Lead 100-150 team members and supervise store operations.
• Maximize store sales and profits while maintaining asset protection.
• Maintain sanitation, safety and presentation standards.
