Uptown Cheapskate Pembroke, part of Summit Recommerce Group (SRG), is seeking a full-time Store Manager for our Virginia Beach location. You will lead a team of 8-15 people, monitor sales, payroll, and scheduling, and drive store performance with an upbeat, customer-focused approach.

The role requires organized leadership and retail experience, with a pay rate of $25.00-$28.00 per hour. Opportunities for advancement exist within SRG’s network of nearly 30 stores, supported by an experienced

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a retail environment required or preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills essential for a fast-paced store.
• Ability to train and develop staff while maintaining excellent customer service.

Responsabilités

• Manage our team of 8-15 people
• Read sales reports, submit payroll, manage scheduling
• Run the boutique with passion and drive, treating our store like it was your own
• Provide excellent customer service and encourage employees to do the same
• Provide training to new and existing staff, demonstrating quality work to lead by example
• Evaluate and price inventory using our buying software
• Organize racks, merchandise clothing, tag and process product
• Ring out customers on the register and teach them how to sell to us
