Job summary

Lids Sports Group is seeking a Store Manager in Capitola, CA to lead daily store operations, deliver exceptional customer service, and drive sales targets. You will manage a team, oversee hiring, training, scheduling and performance, and ensure store standards align with company directives.

You will also drive product presentation, inventory management, and store initiatives while building a welcoming environment for customers and staff.

Qualifications

• Proven supervisory skills with ability to train material and assess retention.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to travel overnight for training and/or meetings.
• Ability to work varying days and hours based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead selling strategy to achieve KPIs, sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Resolve customer feedback and escalations to make it right.
• Direct in-store team to ensure optimal service and smooth operations.
• Promote membership programs and in-store offers through staff education.
• Oversee scheduling, payroll, and compliance with policies and budgets.
• Maintain store facilities, inventory, and product presentation.
