Famous Footwear in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Store Manager who is passionate about serving the community and delivering the best shoe store experience for families. You will lead the store team, own operations, and drive sales targets while living our famous culture.

As a people leader, you’ll develop talent, manage daily workflows, and ensure presentation of product is up-to-date. This role requires 1–5 years in retail store management, a high school diploma, and a commitment to inclusive

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–5 years of retail store management experience preferred.
• Ability to build strong relationships within store teams.
• Ability to set objectives and organize work to meet goals.
• Strong leadership, motivation, and communication with associates.
• Experience in training, coaching and developing associates.
• Uses independent judgment with Territory Sales Manager as needed.

Responsibilities

• Inspire the customer connection and coach the team to deliver excellent service.
• Lead talent discovery and succession planning for leadership roles.
• Own daily store operations from pricing to inventory management.
• Drive sales using insights and available resources to improve results.
