Famous Footwear is seeking a Store Manager who leads with passion to deliver the best shoe store experience for the whole family. You’ll coach and develop your team, drive sales, and manage daily operations to ensure consistent, high-quality customer service.

Qualifications

• Has 1-5 years of retail store management experience, specialty retail preferred.
• Has a High School Diploma/GED.
• Demonstrates an ability to lead, manage, motivate, and communicate positively with store Associates.
• Displays ability to set objectives and organize work to meet and exceed goals.
• Can work a flexible schedule to meet business needs, including holidays, nights, weekends and extended hours.
• Exhibits basic computer skills.
