Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years in a management role.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Bilingual, a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of 3 to 10+ sales associates.
• Analyze reports and profitability statements; recommend actions.
• Recruit, select, orient, and train team members.
• Coach and develop team to achieve performance goals.
