Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of retail experience, including 1 year in a supervisory or management role.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Regular and predictable attendance is essential.

Responsibilities
