This role requires at least one year in retail or customer service, with a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience preferred.

• Regular and predictable attendance; ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service with warmth and attentiveness.
• Maintain merchandising standards and support sales growth.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs.
• Follow visual merchandising and promotional guidelines.
• Uphold operational procedures and company policies.
• Process transactions using POS systems; may handle bank deposits.
• Assist in scheduling, training, and coaching team members.
• Open and close the store independently.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
