The Building Center, Inc. in Columbia, SC seeks a Store Manager to lead daily operations, manage budgets, and drive growth in building materials sales.

Reporting to the President, this exempt role oversees the Columbia division and focuses on improving efficiency, safety, and customer service. Responsibilities include budgeting, staff training, strategic planning, and process improvements to meet profit goals while maintaining community standing and excellent service.

Summary:

Under the direction of the President, the Division Manager will be focused on market growth of current product and service sales as well as developing and expanding future products and services.
