Rebel Convenience Stores in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Store Manager to lead one location with pride and purpose.

You will recruit and train a team, drive sales performance, manage inventory, and uphold safety and outstanding customer service every day.

This full-time role offers hands-on training, career growth, and quarterly bonus opportunities, including a potential $6,000 annual bonus for top performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of retail leadership experience (Supervisor, Assistant Manager, or Store Manager).
• Strong communication, team-building, and organizational skills.
• Basic computer proficiency and reliability in fast-paced settings.

Store managers are eligible for quarterly bonuses…up to $6,000 per year.

What You'll Do

As our Store Manager, you'll run the show-balancing leadership, operations, and customer care.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of retail leadership (Supervisor, Assistant Manager, or Store Manager).
• Strong communication, team-building, and organizational skills.
• Basic computer proficiency and reliability in fast-paced settings.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs occasionally.
• Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance (required).

Pay for this position is $45,000 and up.
