Job summary

Kay Jewelers seeks a Store Manager to lead a single store’s daily operations, drive sales, and deliver an outstanding customer experience. You will coach a team, manage inventory and ensure brand standards across visuals and merchandising.

You will report to the District Manager and guide assistants and sales staff to develop lifetime relationships with customers, while maintaining profitability and strong teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Retail sales experience required; jewelry experience preferred.
• Two years of college preferred.
• Diamond Council of America certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day store operations to hit sales, profitability, customer satisfaction and inventory targets.
• Provide exceptional customer experiences through coaching, training, and coaching of staff.
• Ensure brand representation and effective store visuals and marketing execution.
• Schedule and manage shifts, ensure regular attendance and develop team members.
