Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of college preferred.
• At least 3 years of retail sales experience, OR 2 years retail sales experience plus a minimum of 1-year retail management experience.
• Diamond Council of America (DCA) certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day store operations to achieve sales, profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Coach and develop staff to deliver a best-in-class customer experience and maintain brand image.
• Ensure inventory control, visual merchandising and store standards are upheld.
• Schedule and manage opening/closing shifts and allocation of team resources.
• Foster a People First environment and drive growth and development of team members.
