Job summary

Freeway Insurance Services America, LLC is seeking a Store Manager in Alabama to drive sales and service excellence. You will lead a sales team, leveraging inbound leads and walk-in traffic to hit targets while mentoring staff.

The role also involves managing daily operations, coaching performance, handling escalated customer issues, and upholding SOE standards. Licenses are a plus; bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2- or 4-year college degree or equivalent of experience/education.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license preferred (not required).
• Previous experience leading, coaching, and mentoring sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the sales team’s daily performance and targets.
• Expand business by proactively building relationships with existing customers to meet production goals.
• Coach team to deliver a standard of customer care consistently.
• Oversee operations and monitor performance to meet targets.
• Assist with escalated customer service issues and questions.
• Execute all aspects of Store Operational Excellence (SOE).
