Commercial Tire in Caldwell, ID is seeking an Assistant Manager Level 1 to support the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations, driving sales, and upholding the Commercial Tire image. This full-time position requires coordinating staff, scheduling, and maintaining service standards.

Responsibilities include supervising employees, coordinating training, conducting audits, and handling daily accounting tasks while ensuring safety and excellence in customer service.

Formación

• Valid Driver’s License and insurable driving record.
• 2 years related experience in the tire industry.
• High School Diploma (or equivalent) plus some college or technical school (preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Assist in managing all store operations under the Store Manager according to company policies.
• Train and supervise employees; assign schedules and duties; resolve grievances.
• Lead store audits to ensure compliance with policies and safety.
• Handle daily accounting tasks including invoices, re-bills, end-of-day processes and deposits.
• Coordinate and conduct product knowledge training; participate in workshops as directed by management.
• Maintain high levels of customer service and satisfaction; resolve customer issues promptly.
• Ensure telephones are answered promptly and courteously; ensure all location duties are completed on time.
