Job summary

Palm Beach Tan is seeking a store supervisor to oversee daily operations and staff development at the Herndon location. The role focuses on creating a positive environment for employees and customers while driving sales and ensuring compliance with safety and banking standards.

The position requires a 1-year supervisory background, ability to motivate others, and physical readiness to stand and lift up to 25 pounds. Training and advancement opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 18+ years old.
• 1 year of supervisory experience required.
• Ability to effectively motivate others.
• Must be able to stand, bend, and walk for extended periods.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance.
• Reliable transportation.
• Other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Interview, hire, and develop store staff to maintain operations.
• Create a positive, respectful environment for employees and customers.
• Meet self-performance metrics and help develop employees to meet their metrics.
• Analyze daily sales information to maximize sales.
• Meet banking, safety, operations and legal requirements.
• Control expenses: labor, inventory and maintenance.
• Assign, manage, and follow up on daily tasks to keep store clean and organized.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues.
