Job summary

Palm Beach Tan is hiring for a store leadership role in our Virginia location. The role involves supervising staff, training new team members, and driving sales while maintaining a customer‑first environment.

Expect a 5‑week manager training with performance metrics and ongoing oversight of daily operations. The position requires the ability to motivate staff, manage schedules, and uphold safety, banking, and inventory procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Ability to effectively motivate others.
• Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and interview staff, hire and develop employees.
• Create a positive, respectful environment for employees and customers.
• Meet self-performance metrics and help develop employees to meet their metrics.
• Analyze daily sales information to maximize sales.
• Meet banking, safety, operations and legal requirements.
• Control expenses: labor, inventory and maintenance.
• Assign, manage and follow up on daily tasks to keep store clean, stocked and organized.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues.
