• Increase sales by leveraging inventory reports and effective merchandising presentations on the sales floor.
• Support audits, donations, transfers, and damages; follow store policies and procedures with the Store Manager.
• Lead inventory-related activities including freight receipt, product placement, markdowns, and MOOS; support omni activities like BOPIS.
• Assist Store Manager with scheduling, forecasting and payroll-related responsibilities to meet labor goals.
