Responsibilities

• Assists in recruiting and staffing activities.
• Supports merchandising by staging, stocking and pricing.
• Manages inventory, damages, markdowns, and paperwork.
• Follows ordering practices to meet in-stock targets.
• Provides strong customer service leadership.
• Observes company policies and SOPs.
• Participates in store opening and closing.
• Ensures secure deposit of company funds.
• Maintains cash controls and cash handling practices.
• Maintains clean, safe, well-stocked stores.
• Operates store in the absence of the store manager.
• Reviews operating statements to identify trends and opportunities.
• Completes all required paperwork on time.
