Qualifications

• Ability to recruit, hire, and train staff and ensure compliance with labor laws.
• Bilingual Spanish speakers may be preferred at some locations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruiting and staffing activities.
• Assist with store merchandising and stocking according to established practices.
• Help manage inventory, damages, markdowns, and receipts; conduct inventories.
• Follow ordering practices to meet or exceed in-stock targets.
• Provide superior customer service leadership.
• Act as a role model by following company procedures and policies.
• Participate in store opening and closing activities.
• Ensure safe deposit of all company funds and cash control.
• Maintain clean, well-stocked stores and safe environment.
• Operate the store in the store manager's absence.
• Review operating statements to identify trends and opportunities.
• Complete all paperwork according to guidelines and deadlines.
