Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience supervising others in fast food, retail, or convenience operation preferred.
• Successful completion of required certification testing upon employment.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager with training and development of employees and store responsibilities.
• Schedule employees for shifts and resolve store issues including customer concerns.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and conduct audits; proper placement and stocking of merchandise.
• Oversee guest transactions to maintain hospitality; monitor profits via end-of-day procedures, shrink, lottery, stock audits, vendors, car wash operations and retail waste.
