Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 3+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred.
• At least 1+ year(s) prior management experience preferred.
• Ability to lead or support a team of associates to meet business objectives.
• Clear communication with team and management is essential.
• Scheduling availability to meet business needs.
• Cosmetology license desirable, but not required.

Responsibilities

• 30% Brand: supervision of daily goals and activities to deliver an exceptional client experience and drive sales.
• 30% People: trains and develops teams, recruits when necessary, coaches and counsels staff.
• 30% Operations: ensures execution of company processes and omni-channel fulfillment.
