REBEL Convenience Stores is seeking a Store Manager Trainee in Wasilla, Alaska. This position offers hands-on training and development opportunities designed to prepare you for leadership roles while ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.

The ideal candidate will work on equipment maintenance, customer service, and will gain skills for future management opportunities. Starting pay is $18.00 per hour during training, with competitive benefits and quarterly bonus potential.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance, trade (plumbing, electrical, HVAC), or foodservice preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs, climb ladders, and work in all weather conditions.
• Available for on-call emergencies and flexible with varying shifts.

Responsibilities

• Learn to diagnose, repair, and maintain store equipment.
• Gain experience scheduling tasks and guiding team members.
• Ensure stores are clean and deliver the best guest experience.
• Work with contractors to resolve maintenance issues.
