Max Fuel Express is seeking candidates for its Manager Training Program for the Paducah/Murray and Hopkinsville area. The program develops future Store Managers with a focus on people, operations, and merchandising leadership.

Trainees complete structured training and must meet performance requirements to advance to management roles within a retail environment. Benefits include health, dental, life, and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Associates (2-year) or Bachelors (4-year) degrees is desired.
• Minimum 1 to 2 years of industry experience or knowledge or applicable retail experience.
• Management Trainees must complete training and performance requirements satisfactorily.

Responsibilities

• Participate in training experiences and develop increasing proficiency with managerial responsibilities.
• Prepare for decision making in people, operations, and merchandising management as Store Manager.
