Max Fuel Express is seeking candidates for its Manager Training Program for the Paducah/Murray and Hopkinsville area. The program trains you in people management, operations management and merchandising management, preparing you to become Store Manager.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associates (2-year) or Bachelors (4-year) degrees is desired.
• Minimum 1 to 2 years of industry experience or knowledge or applicable retail experience.
• Management Trainees must complete all training and performance requirements in a satisfactory and timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Participate in training experiences and learn new skills.
• Demonstrate increasing proficiency in managerial responsibilities.
• Prepare to assume Store Manager role with focus on people, operations and merchandising management.
