Job summary

Max Fuel Express is seeking candidates for its Manager Training Program in the Paducah/Murray and Hopkinsville area. The program prepares you for Store Manager duties by developing your people, operations and merchandising management skills.

You will participate in training experiences, progressively demonstrating proficiency and taking on increasing responsibility as you advance toward store leadership roles in a full-time pathway.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Associates (2-year) or Bachelors (4-year) degrees is desired.
• Minimum 1 to 2 years of industry experience or knowledge or applicable retail experience.
• Management Trainees must complete all training and performance requirements in a satisfactory and timely manner.

Responsibilities

The Manager Trainee's primary responsibility is to participate in training experiences, learn new skills, and to demonstrate increasing proficiency and expertise with managerial responsibilities. The Management Trainee Program should prepare you for the decisions you will be making, and the actions you will be taking in the areas of people management, operations management, and merchandising management when you assume the role of Store Manager.
