Job summary

Max Fuel Express in Kentucky is launching a Manager Training Program covering the Paducah/Murray and Hopkinsville area. The trainee will participate in structured training experiences, learn new skills, and demonstrate increasing proficiency in managerial tasks.

This program prepares candidates for decisions in people management, operations, and merchandising management when they become Store Manager. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, some college or degrees preferred, and 1–2 years

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Associates (2-year) or Bachelors (4-year) degrees is desired.
• Minimum 1 to 2 years of industry experience or knowledge or applicable retail experience.
• Management Trainees must complete all training and performance requirements in a satisfactory and timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Participate in training experiences, learn new skills, and demonstrate increasing proficiency with managerial responsibilities.
• The Management Trainee Program should prepare you for decisions in people management, operations management, and merchandising management when you assume the role of Store Manager.
