Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in retail sales preferred.
• Experience to perform the essential duties and responsibilities.
• Ability to supervise and train for the use of equipment, tools and materials listed in CSR/ASM job descriptions.
• Ability to supervise and manage the functions listed in CSR/ASM job descriptions.
• Ability to use a computer, analyze reports, manage inventory, cash control, counseling notices, etc.
• A valid driver’s license and transportation to/from meetings.
• Ability to communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train employees to deliver excellent customer service.
• Manage site cleanliness, stocking, organization and maintenance to Company standards.
• Maintain a professional image among staff and supervisor.
• Schedule employees within Company guidelines to maximize customer service.
• Apply non-discriminatory management practices in hiring, training, counseling and motivating staff.
• Develop positive relationships with suppliers and resolve customer complaints promptly.
• Train employees on safety procedures and ensure site safety awareness.
• Communicate effectively with all employees and hold periodic meetings.
• Organize and maintain site files and manuals; ensure reports are completed accurately and on time.
• Analyze daily sales and expenses to maximize profit; forecast and manage margins.
